- SCsarah caspareNov 9, 20251.0Purchased a stacker trailer from them … the frame is completely falling apart has about 20,000 miles on it … called in your out of warranty .. call the manufacturer … called the manufacturer sorry the factory who made those trailers has been closed … I have a 60,000 paper weight and no where to turn…. These dealers sell products and then don’t stand behind them do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else and buy anything but cargomate.

- EAEsaa AliAug 21, 20251.0I ordered what was supposed to be a new trailer. After light use (about 700 miles), I had the bearings repacked as a precaution. To my shock, I was told the bearings and seals already needed replacement. That’s when the technician discovered even worse: the trailer had electric brakes I never ordered, completely unwired and covered in rust. He also showed me two gouges in a spindle, proving the axle was used and damaged. It looks like they simply painted an old axle and sold it as new. Now I have to spend more money replacing this used axle with a real new one. I called the company, but of course, no one bothered to return my call. Do yourself a favor—stay far away from these scammers!
