Due to me ordering the wrong tires I sought out companies to order new ones Same day. Gus picked up the phone and assured I could the tires, get them mounted, balanced, and aligned same day. He got them ordered, got his well advised, and communicative team together and had my car up and ready. They seamlessly got old off, threw the new on, got the valve stems installed and then balanced the tires. They then prepped me for an alignment, and even though RS7s have a particular way of getting aligned to spec, they did the best they could and almost got it perfect for my aggressive driving. Great hospitality, great work, and a great team lead by strong management. I’ll be back for my brakes soon.
