- BMBetty MossApr 21, 20261.0my husband took my car to get an oil change and an emmissions inspection. The price listed for the oil change was $79.99. When all was said and done the cost of the 2 services was $177. The posted price and the price charged was $30 different. The worker said the prices had just gone up and they did not have time to change the board. Worst business practice ever. Change your Point of Purchase before you raise the price or honor the pricing that the consumer sees.

Also to add on to their great service they escorted me and my mom home to make sure we got there safely. I highly recommend

When they did, they were unable to put the hubcaps back on without zip ties. One hubcap feel off before I arrived at home. They were explanatory of the zip tie situation, however, there were no hubcap issues prior to today's rotation. They also offered a discount for the delay in service.

Got upset when I said I didn’t want “additional services”. Didn’t refill other fluids that were low which is always done during a typical oil service performed at other Grease Monkey locations. Didn’t check lights work correctly during vehicle inspection. This is always done at other G.M. Locations.
