I understand service being slower during peak hours but I just wasted over 3 hours of my day waiting behind two cars, only to be asked to move back so another customer could go ahead of me. I heard several staff members stating that they would leave at their scheduled time, no matter what. I'm certain the goal was to keep customers waiting long enough so they would give up and leave. It worked. I left without service and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My favorite part was being informed about other services that needed attention such as my battery, fuel system, and others. I can’t recall a time I’ve been informed about these particular services while getting an oil change. Very pleased.
