I patiently waited 10 mins and still no help as she continued to make burgers. At this point I am the only customer in the store so I asked the young guy at the cashier for assistance in which he looked around confused. So I just politely walked out. I understand people get burned out on shifts but when you’re dealing with customers all day long and it’s your job to provide the necessary services you would think things would be a little easier than what I experienced today.

He saw me standing outside looking as he was pretending to clean the area where the donuts are kept. I was beyond livid!

Her actions are negatively affecting employee morale and driving away loyal customers. I urge corporate to investigate this matter and take immediate corrective action to ensure a professional and respectful environment for both staff and customers.
