- MCMs. CNov 9, 20251.0I arrived at this location at 10:24pm. The black male was literally standing at the door when I pulled up. When I got out the car to walk to the door he locked it. He saw me standing outside looking as he was pretending to clean the area where the donuts are kept. I was beyond livid!

She frequently yells at employees, uses profanity, and openly belittles staff in front of customers, even using derogatory language such as calling her employees “ retarded”. Her actions are negatively affecting employee morale and driving away loyal customers. I urge corporate to investigate this matter and take immediate corrective action to ensure a professional and respectful environment for both staff and customers.
