During the service, he took the time to show me that my shocks and struts were significantly worn out. I really appreciated that he wasn’t just 'selling'—he actually explained the safety and ride quality benefits of replacing them. While I was there, he also noticed my windshield wipers were shot and swapped them out for me. It’s rare to find a shop where you feel this level of transparency and care. Safety is always my number concern. After some discussion a tire selection was made. There were a few other things going on regarding my vehicle. I addressed those because I always try to stop on top of my vehicle maintenance. Maurice also illustrated how different things can interact with your tire performance and longevity.
