While I was waiting, he came & informed me that I need wiper blades and addressed his concerns regarding services needed for my vehicle. I was able to work while waiting on my car. Alan came over to make sure that I was comfortable. Before I knew it: my car was ready! I am so happy with the alignment as my car is driving smooth again. I appreciate the friendly and courteous staff at Mavis. Their efforts & services are supreme. I will be back as I appreciate quality people! & affordable prices. Thanks to Greg, Alan and the technicians making the difference!!!

- SASylvia AllenDec 29, 20252.0I was a walking wanted oil change and brake pads. They stated they did not have the filter that the could order it from down the street. I waited 4hr plus only for a Manger come out and tell me they would have to oder the back breaker. ( THIS WAS AFTER 4hrs of waiting already. He said to bring it again. So I showed up but it was another 3 plus hours. Then the customer service rep stated they still had not come. Then he said let me go back here and look. He call other govern parties and the woman on the speaker phone stated, they were delivered already. So he went in the back and said he found it. I call yesterday spoke with the manager and told him we were hearing a hissing sound on front brakes and that they forgot to reset the brake light. I got there this an 9ish did shopping in the plaza for 2hr or more. Walked back sat for another 1hr or more. So the young that was multi tasking finally got off the phone. I said are we done he stated NO, we are short of staff & only have one Mechanic on duty. This is horrible customer service. And I have to return at 8am. Im retired 😕 😔 and ANGRY. I paid in full before the the new brakes came in. Big mistake. Never AGAIN!
