(Found out later, now I need new calipers) Lost lug nuts …(sent my wife home with 3 out of 5 on rim) Broke 2 out of 4 bolts on air box….(they opened my air box when I was only there for tires) Replaced lug nuts they lost with different head size (now I need 2 different socket sizes to rotate tires) Many other little things…. multiple return trips, losing my lug key, I think one guy was under the influence of something…. Avoid

My daughter had her brakes done, alignment and tire rods replaced, and the price was good considering. The work was done incredibly fast and thorough. They explained everything that they were gonna do for her. Alvin was incredibly knowledgeable in explaining to my daughter how to properly care for her vehicle and maintenance time frames. Thanks Alvin for everything that you’ve done to help our daughter this weekend we thoroughly appreciate what a great technician you guys are!!! Thanks Team!!!

Heard he got transferred and came to his new store because of his amazing customer service. He treated me like family and I noticed that everyone that came in he treated them the same.
