  We were looking for someone to help with our car, we were in Fayetteville because my father-in-law was in the hospital. I called to see if they could service my car on a Saturday. He said they were booked for the day. While I was trying to find somewhere to take it, he called back and said to bring my car in and they would jump on it for me since we were from out of town. Brandon did a great job of communicating exactly what they found and how much it would be. They did a fantastic job! Thanks guys!

  This was my first time at the business! What’s crazy is my mom comes here faithfully to get her oil changed and brags about them all the time! I finally decided to come by after taking my car to the dealership, and let me tell you!!! Soon as I rolled up, I was greeted with smiling faces and great personalities! Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. The service was fast and they made sure I was taken care of during the entire oil change! Deonte is so kind and his energy is inspiring! It’s nice to come to a business, as a young woman and not feel played but like an older brother is taking care of you! I will recommend this shop to any and everyone!!

Deonte, the Store Manager, and Brandon, the Technician, provided top-notch customer service from start to finish. I came in for routine vehicle maintenance including an oil change, new lights, and wipers, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Brandon was thorough and made sure everything was completed properly, while Deonte ensured the entire process was smooth and welcoming. They both took the time to explain what was being done and made me feel confident about the service my vehicle was receiving. The waiting area was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the experience even better.   Was immediately greeted and helped as soon as I pulled up! The standard of service I have received at this location is unmatched. Absolute stellar customer service. Due to distance I twice went to a different location for convenience and the service was no where near the service I received here. They also discovered an issue that that location missed and could have caused severe damage to my car. No matter the distance or convenience I will be a FOREVER CUSTOMER TO THIS LOCATION!!! Deonte was store manager and he is amazing!!!!!!

  I had such a great first experience here! Everyone was so informative and helpful. I came in for an oil change and everything went so smoothly and the price was exceptional. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I didn’t even have to get out of my car! Cade was super knowledgeable and kind and I very much appreciate him. He showed me my air filter and what a new one looked like so I could see the comparison. So glad he brought it to my attention! Replacing it took no time at all. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future oil changes and other maintenance services. Thank you Grease Monkey team! 🖤
