The cost was a little bit higher than I normally pay at the dealership, but the customer service was well worth it. My technician was Gerald W. and Greg S. was underneath. Gerald was very personable and professional. He advised me on the oil change itself and walked me through the steps. While Gerald was topping off other fluids, Greg was doing his thing down underneath. After the work was done, I was given a service summary which included suggested services. All of this took only about 15 mins. I highly recommend, and if you do go, be sure to ask for Gerald and Greg, the Dynamic Duo.

They made sure to explain everything they were recommending, without pressuring me. They made sure to check all the fluids and topped them off where they were needed.
