    I’m really disappointed with my experience at Enterprise. I booked my reservation over a week ago specifically for a luxury vehicle, yet when I arrived I waited more than an hour just to be placed in a Toyota Camry. If luxury wasn’t available, that should have been communicated ahead of time—not after a long wait and after making a confirmed reservation. This was inconvenient, unprofessional, and not the level of service I expected. I won’t be returning unless they address how they handle reservations and customer expectations.

    I always rent from enterprise. It Is always easy to set up a rental. Locations have friendly representatives and no long wait time if everything is in order. Even renting with a debit card.

    Someone needs to get it figured out here. Had a reservation snd then got a call an hour before that they have 0 cars currently and might be able to get me one still but not guaranteed. Show up for the scheduled pick up time and there’s 8 people waiting in the lobby, no one at the desk, and only 2 cars in the lot being washed. So, we didn’t get our car at all and then caused us to miss a wedding we were going to and only make the reception. Pathetic.
