The woman was very helpful as far as trying to find the scrapers. The guy followed as if he was protecting her and not really trying to help me with the best solution. I am a black woman might I add. After the guy stated the plastic scraper was the best for my problem I purchased it. Once I went outside to use it it did not work at all. I went back into the store and asked for a razor blade. The woman switched up and pointed the male employee right too it. I had to purchase that one as well. The marker came right off. These employees aren’t knowledgeable at all. I won’t be returning.
