The battery was under warranty and i already called the location i bought it from to make sure. The gentleman at the original location was super friendly and even told me who had the battery by me because i moved since buying the battery. Went in and was met by the rudest woman. She didnt want to check the battery. Then told me i would have to leave it to charge overnight. Explained i couldn’t and i have already called another location and confirmed everything. I guess she thought i was lying until i called the other store on speaker and they confirmed what i was told. She finally helped. Will never be back.

My check engine light started blinking and engine was misfiring a few minutes away and we stopped at this location an hour before they closed. I had previously purchased spark plugs from them 2 weeks back but hadn’t yet installed them. Staff were so kind helping me figure out the problem and while my fiance and his brother brought tools to change out my spark plugs the employees were so kind. Each time we entered the store we were met with a bright smile. These employees were actual humans and treated us as such. My spark plugs became stuck and they let us use a magnet to get it out. I’m in nursing school and have clinical at the hospital tomorrow so really needed my car to run. Thank God for the 2 employees that helped us today. True blessings. Such better customer service and care here compared to Auto Zone off Lanier Avenue a few minutes away. Thank you again!
