Disappointed is the most understated way I could put how I feel. Disgusted is only a little closer. This is why our country is failing. It's not because people don't want to work. It's because greedy corpos don't want to pay, and they want to cheapen every facet of existence for an extra dime at the cost of consumer happiness and the health of our planet. How much was wasted to ship this total waste of a tool to a store and for me to buy it then have to drive back. Followed all directions for 10 minutes spent trying to get it to unwind at all and the weld broke before it would unthread, they probably welded the interior bolt it appears
