She responded with a don’t piss me off today. Her response completely shocked my father but he just wanted to get the install. He begged and pleaded with her to put it in after she said she didn’t want to do. He had to beg her to put it I . He had on his work uniform and her response was you work there and you don’t know how to put a battery on? Listen no one should have to be talked to like to receive service that the company provides. If you don’t like your job and can’t uphold the expectations then get another jobs don’t worry I’ll be reposting this however many times it’s deleted. Also, I reported this to the regional office, I am currently waiting on a call back to get this situation handled.

He asked to see if she could replace the battery and put it in. The store was completely empty. Then, she said to him your pissing me off all because he wanted to put the battery in. After he begged her, she agreed to put it in. Miranda is a manager but no one should talk to customers this way when others are in need, especially when this is YOUR JOB! If you don’t like your job then get another job.
