  . So my dad and I went in for a battery for my car around 7:00 p.m. he was greeted with the manager Maranda. He requested that if she could put the battery in. She responded with a don’t piss me off today. Her response completely shocked my father but he just wanted to get the install. He begged and pleaded with her to put it in after she said she didn’t want to do. He had to beg her to put it I . He had on his work uniform and her response was you work there and you don’t know how to put a battery on? Listen no one should have to be talked to like to receive service that the company provides. If you don’t like your job and can’t uphold the expectations then get another jobs don’t worry I’ll be reposting this however many times it’s deleted. Also, I reported this to the regional office, I am currently waiting on a call back to get this situation handled.

  I went in to get a battery on today at 7:00 as my battery had sporadically died. As my dad went in Miranda was his customer service person. He asked to see if she could replace the battery and put it in. The store was completely empty. Then, she said to him your pissing me off all because he wanted to put the battery in. After he begged her, she agreed to put it in. Miranda is a manager but no one should talk to customers this way when others are in need, especially when this is YOUR JOB! If you don’t like your job then get another job.

  Manager (had an accent) extremely rude. Computer stated they had 2 of the particular parts needed (Rainex Wipers ) $23.99+tx Associate goes to look for them only to bring 1 to the counter. She stated, " I looked everywhere... even Overstock an I couldn't find the 2nd one we have according to the system." So I asked if she could call the Manager over to see if he could give a discount of the next highest price $32.99+tax (5) in stock to the price point of the 2nd highest $23.99 in stock priced wiper I was originally purchasing the system said they had two of. In a very condescending manner stated, " If I give you a discount I would have to give the entire store a discount. You either purchase the one we have or you leave with nothing." I definitely did not expect a person with such a title to speak to a customer with such a tone and the choices of words that were used. When the customer was VERY polite in tone. As I stated to him, " Your back room inventory says something different than your computer inventory the goal is to sell and retain continuous patronage not run them off this is the very reasons of why we support sites like Amazon to cut out all the different attitudes and unsolicited characters of ppl drop the items at the door then leave.

  I have a Mercedes GLA and Dylan changed my battery out for me with no problem. He was so pleasant and respectful. I really appreciate his customer service. It’s hard to find nowadays. I will make sure I return when I need to purchase anything else.

  I have been shopping at this store for the past year, everyone here has been great. There’s a new lady, a manager I think who wreaks of alcohol. I don’t know if she’s drinking at work but my experience with her seemed off. Her name begins with an M but I can’t recall what it is.
