I drove to the store got there about 20 minutes early and went ahead and popped my hood to change the old filter out. I was greeted by Melissa who came out of the store to check on me and make sure that I was OK and not broke down. She went back inside and came right out with filter! I just want to say that Melissa and Victor are absolutely exceptional and it’s rare to find customer service and people that go above and beyond like they have. My entire visit was wonderful thank you so much!!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
