    I had a 26' truck rented from this firm. They changed the insurance requirements the day before I rented the vehicle. Then they changed the location to pick up the vehicle and told me I would have to drive an additional 20 miles to pick it up. Luck was with me - I rented from Enterprise!

    I rented blankets in advance and they were not available when I picked up my truck. Big inconvenience and they were not willing to discount what I had to spend on purchasing blankets. I didn’t have time for them to drive all over town to find blankets and “make things right”.
