  I wasn’t expecting such superior service! They originally told me it would be over an hour wait before they could start working on my car, but it was actually done in under 2 hours! They also quoted me $299 for a tune up and then an extra charge for replacing something in addition. Thinking it would be about $700 it was actually just over $400 which was amazing! I am definitely going to be a returning customer! Great service and the guy who checked me out even walked me to my car door to make sure everything looked good. Really impressed me!

  ***EDITED TO ADD: Provided with an email to "discuss this further" that bounced. 0 intention of actually discussing anything further. Again, do not waste your time or money at this place.*** I normally take my car here for an oil change. I did so on February 20th and also requested wiper fluid refill, as I was empty. I was told this was "included" and "part of regular service. Upon leaving Jiffy Lube, my wiper fluid now did not work. I took it back into this Jiffy Lube, who informed me they could not look at it this day and asked me to come back another time. I did so and they informed me "The line was just clogged, but we cannot fix it here. You will need to take it somewhere else. Sorry." So now I have to pay to get that fixed somewhere else. Okay. I call around town and get an appointment. Another place in the Augusta, GA area looked at my vehicle and informed me the hose that carries the fluid to the windshield is actually now broken, to the tune of $180. I took this bill into JL and asked how this could be made right. When I brought it into them, it was functioning. When I left it was not. And worse, they did not want to touch it. I had to do numerous follow ups with their manager who informed me their "big boss" had to to make a decision on reimbursement and he would call me the week of 3/16/2026. Today is 3/24/2026 with NO path forward from the Evans Jiffy Lube. All of that to say, take your vehicle somewhere else and save your time and money.
