  Renting a car in Augusta during Masters week is its own kind of challenge. Every agency in the area is slammed, inventory is thin, and if your reservation does not match what you actually need, you are largely out of luck. I showed up at the Enterprise location on Washington Road in Evans, right next to Cushman Paint and Body, needing a vehicle big enough to carry four people comfortably on a long drive to Orlando. What I had reserved was not going to make that trip easy. That is where David Eggenberger and Kim Eagle changed everything. Instead of shrugging and handing me the keys to what was available, they went to work. During one of the hardest rental weeks of the year in this market, they tracked down a larger SUV that fit our group properly and got us squared away without making us feel like we were asking for something unreasonable. That takes real effort and the kind of customer focus that does not show up automatically. They brought it on their own. The vehicle was clean, solid, and performed well across the full 983 miles we put on it. Pickup was smooth, return was painless, and nothing about the experience felt complicated. David and Kim deserve recognition at whatever level Enterprise gives it. They turned a potentially frustrating situation into a non-issue, and that is exactly what a good rental experience should feel like. We will be back to this location specifically because of them.

  Management was excellent at this location, helped tremendously when I was stuck in this town due to a car accident.

  David was a great agent to deal with and everything went well even though the weather caused us a delay to return the car. They have great service and services. They do not charge extra rates to return the car to another location like other agencies do.

  Made reservation for a sedan, was given a nissan rogue (not a sedan). No sedan's available. The car smells bad, obviously smoked in. The Nissan Rogue they provided has something wrong with the transmission, lurching, herke jerky gear changing. accompanied by loud engine revving type noise. Very disappointing, will not rent from this place again.
