- TCTyeshia Crew2 days ago1.0DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Yesterday, I took my car here for a simple oil change, and I had a terrible experience. After I left Jiffy Lube the first time, I made it to Walmart in Evans and my check engine light came on. I went back and had them look at it. They told me they didn’t put my air filter back in correctly. The light turned off, and I drove home. I thought that was the end of it, but it was just the beginning. After driving 30 minutes home, I noticed my car was leaking oil. I called back and spoke to a manager who told me I would have to bring my car back for them to look at it because they couldn’t send anyone to my home. Then he hung up on me. I decided to go back, but before I did, I stopped and purchased more oil to put in my car. When I made it back to Jiffy Lube for the third time, I spoke with a manager named Richie. He told me he had to replace the oil filter and gasket (which was odd because I had just gotten an oil change, so those parts should have been new anyway). I left again and had to return for the fourth time because my check engine light came back on. This time, they put my car on a code reader and told me to take it to another shop. Jiffy Lube messed up my car and has failed to resolve the issue. *I have photos and videos to verify everything I stated**

- LRLakesha RamseyFeb 13, 20265.0I pulled up they pulled the other car up was in and out of there like an indie 500 ,polite,knowledgeable, fast ,suggestive sold,and even my past visit I could not afford to pay that week but was very low on oil and fluids so needed a couple of quarts to carry me my young man told me that was a danger to drive like that and took care of it I just want him to know I really appreciate that and made sure I returned to the store that cared it ment a lot so go see the team on Washington Rd in Evans Ga they will get you right ✅️ ❤️
