Told me my tag lights were out when my entire back hatch had just been replaced due to a car accident. This last time took the cake. I was told my brake fluid was bad and I just had my brakes replaced when I had my tires replaced. I was again asked if I needed my tires rotated and then told my back up light was out along with My tag lights this time. Then the kicker was he told me my oil pan was bad and they had to plug it so next time I had my oil changed it would have to be replaced. I’ve used as Jiffy Lube for years and this one particular person does this to me every time I go. I will not be going back.
