    Had a previous horrible experience, and gave another shot, and what started out as a rocky start, I have to say Enterprise really came through. Huge shout out to David for helping me, ensuring i had a suitable vehicle for my needs, AND working with me on extending my time due to issues with KIA. AND even further was so kind to assist me in getting my car from KIA. Didn't have to do that, so a HUGE thank you David! I will be booking with them again in the future.

    Davenport pickup location was amazing. Great customer service. However, the Evans drop off location was far from it. They seemed put out that they had a customer and were eager to find any reason to keep our deposit.
