  Drove 7hrs round trip to buy a uforce 800 xl because the deal was more than worth the drive. KJ was great with communication through it all. Unfortunately, on my drive back home, the roof blew off. Although it took longer than i would have liked, they made it right and delivered a new roof to my door. Top notch folks.

  We bought a Segway UT6 in December to use at our farm. At the time, Segway parts were very slow arriving for whatever reason and we had to wait to get the color we wanted and a few other accessories. After about 3 months, everything arrived that we wanted and the sales staff was very quick to notify us and get things changed. We were also sold a pair of doors and a back windshield at a discount to make up for the delay. We would like to publicly thank Rocco and KJ for a job well done

  I recently purchased a used ATV at a seemingly great price, but I wanted some professionals to look it over and service it. I am so glad that I chose Mountain Powersports in Ellijay. Working with their staff was so easy and professional. They set clear expectations for timeline and the prices were very fair. I will definitely be back for any future needs. The ATV is running great, and I am confident it well, last me a long time!

  i had an amazing experience buying my first motorcycle here. i originally planned to get a honda rebel 300 and had been calling around to different dealerships looking for one. but i’m so glad Rocco encouraged me to come in and check out what they had instead. the team took the time to understand that i'm a new rider and helped me find a bike that truly fits me. both in size and in comfort. they showed me the CFMOTO 450 clc and it feels perfect for me. what really stood out was how welcoming and knowledgeable everyone was. it didn’t feel like a typical dealership experience. it felt like talking to friends who actually wanted to help me learn. they walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure i felt confident in my decision. they also helped me pick out some gear, including a helmet that i absolutely love and feel safe wearing. they explained the importance of gear and how it protects the rider. that level of attention and support meant a lot, especially as a beginner. on top of that, they went out of their way to help me load the bike into the truck and made sure everything was secure so it would get home safely. that extra effort really showed how much they care about their customers even after the sale is done. overall, the service was incredible from start to finish. getting into riding can be intimidating but i learned a lot, felt completely taken care of, and left genuinely excited about riding. i highly recommend this place to anyone. especially new riders looking for guidance and a great experience. i felt less like a customer and more like a friend!
