- CPC Pr1 day ago1.0Today I was referred to the Ellenwood GM location by a regular customer. At appx. 3:50 pm, I arrived and noticed 3 service bays occupied with vehicles getting service. The middle bay and last bsy had 1 vehicle each waiting in line. I pulled behind the first bay without a vehicle waiting. Once the gold colored Honda pulled off it appeared that a young lady with glasses was motioning me to pull forward. I soon realized that she wanted me to NOT proceed (My mistake). She did however come to the window and politely asked "are you here for an oil change", and responded "yes". She then walks over to a customer vehicle that was waiting in the middle bay and asked the same question. Immediately she motions me to back up to allow that same vehicle to the bay I was waiting in line for. I was totally taken aback by this process. I'd never been to location before, and quite frankly, it would've been appropriate/professional to let me know that. At that point, I decided to leave. That situation absolutely DID NOT make me feel of any value to Grease Monkey. Whether this message is seen or acknowledged, this is definitely on the record for this location.

I had never got the oil change from the bottom and from that point my oil start leaking and once we realized what it was, and my husband was able to go with me the guy argued that there’s no way that they could have caused The problem I had never got the oil change from the bottom and from that They don’t stand by their word and they’re not franchise grease monkey it is an independent own so this is not a good place.. It is an independent on so be careful if you go there. Be careful. Go to the one in Panola rd. 5 minutes away
