    Service was so good that I went there two days in a row to fix my issue bypassing a closer AutoZone . Battery install was quick even though had to fight off a hornet that was living under the hood. Face great explanations to other issues that were occurring with care and solutions.

    Update : Contacting Cooperate & Also submitting an online complaint to cooperate Will be getting in contact with the district manger & sending them the Audio & The Video I’ve recorded!!! Please listen to how unprofessional she was !! I went into this AutoZone to purchase a part and had a very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. When I walked up to the counter, the employee was on the phone talking and laughing instead of helping customers. I waited patiently, but I was not greeted properly at all. When she finally assisted me, I told her I was there to purchase a part. She asked for the PIN on the account, and I gave it to her. Then she asked for the name on the account, and I provided it. After I told her the name, she repeated it out loud, looked at another employee, and then looked at me and said, “You tell me,” in a very rude and slick tone. I had already clearly told her that was the correct name. From that moment on, she was passive aggressive with me. I gave her the part number and was trying to read it carefully so I wouldn’t have to repeat it. Before I could finish, she cut me off and said, “That’s it?” I told her no, I was just trying to make sure she didn’t miss any numbers. At that point, another employee named Michelle gave me a very nasty look and stared at me in a disrespectful way. I asked her what she was looking at, and she responded that she was trying to see what my attitude was about. I did not have an attitude at all—I was simply there to purchase a part, but they made the entire process extremely difficult. Michelle then proceeded to argue with me and taunt me from behind the counter instead of remaining professional. The situation escalated only because of the employees’ behavior, not because of anything I did. As a customer, I felt disrespected, embarrassed, and treated unfairly. I have audio and video footage of everything that happened. I will take this situation seriously because people need to be held accountable, and she needs to take more classes on how to remain professional—ESPECIALLY when dealing with all types of people every day. No customer should be treated this way when simply trying to make a purchase. This location clearly needs better customer service training and professionalism. MICHELLE NEEDS TO BE FIRED &I WILL BE SENDING THE AUDIO & VIDEO TO THE HIGHER UPS SO THEY CAN LISTEN HOW SHE TALK AT WORK TO PAYING CUSTOMERS ALL BECAUSE “I HAD AN ATTITUDE “ n her words 🤣
