- KJKeylo JsrOct 21, 20251.0Made my reservation, checked in online. Added credit card not debit. Guy on the phone told me to just come in with license and credit card and told me my total amount. Said no deposit since I was using a credit card. Confirmation email was sent with confirmation. I get there this morning ready to get on the road. Upon walking in at first couldnt find my reservation. Once “Isiah” found it the times and days were incorrect. Anyways once everything was corrected and I initialed the agreement on his tablet he proceeds to tell me I have to leave a 300$ deposit. I was confused as I was told no deposit if using credit card. Anyways at the end wasted time and didn’t get the car rental. Very disappointed. Will take my business elsewhere.
