  I was in the store during the interaction between the manager and Kasey Burton below. When he realized the battery was missing, the manager gave you guys a brand new, free battery. All he said was that it didn’t have a warranty. You were the one escalating and trying to get around him, through the employee. Everyone could hear you inside the store

  Myself and a friend went to autozon on 3/27/26 to pick up a battery that was left on charge,someone tried to pick it up for us the night before but they wouldn't let them because we had the ticket for the order.so we get there to pick it up and the battery wasn't there! The store manager ED Hegwood was the person to help us which he didn't! We were simply asking him questions about what happen what could have happened and he jumps straight to a attitude clicking the mouse on the pad so hard you could hear it,rolling his eyes and catching a attitude with everything we were asking. He was so rude for no reason also when he replaced our battery he took everything off of it amd told us we had no warranty and we couldn't look it up under the husband's name. It made our blood boil to get treated that way for no reason and we were on our way to go fishing and he tried to ruin our day! ED Hegwood is a awful store manager and his employee came outside telling us how awful he treats them!
