  I unexpectedly had a caliper slide lock on my back driver side. It caused my brake to lock and wore through an almost brand new rotor. I had no choice but to find a shop available on a Sunday close to where I was traveling that could change my brakes and back driver’s side rotor. This shop had to be able to deal with an electric parking brake and it had to have the ability to reprogram the electronic brakes. This was a tall order on a Sunday. After calling several places and being quoted anything from $120 to $600, I called this Grease Monkey. I was greeted with professionalism and understanding. I was given an incredibly reasonable price quote of $150 if the rotor could be salvaged and $250 if it could not (I had already purchased brakes). I told them I would be there within the hour. When I got there, the main shop worker (I have sadly forgotten his name) greeted me as I stepped from the car and asked if I was the one with the locking brake. He walked around the car and inspected my issue. He then let me know immediately that the rotor would need to be replaced. He told me he could have it all done in an hour. About 45 minutes later, he called and informed me that everything was ready. I got there and found out that not only did he have to go and retrieve a rotor, but he also had to get a set of brakes because the ones O’Reily sold me were the wrong size. The price never changed from the $250 plus tax that he quoted me, even with the addition of brakes. My car was fixed promptly and the work was excellent. I was treated with care, compassion, and I felt as if I were being treated like they would a recurring customer not a brand new customer from out of town. They did not know that I frequently travel to a close by area. I will soon need an oil change and you can best believe I will be traveling back to this location. They now have a long-term customer. This place is phenomenal!!

  Folks in Eatonton area at The Greece Monkey next to Walmart on 441 is the most efficient and reliable and reasonably price oil change facility I’ve ever experienced!! You don’t have to go to Milledgeville to get excellent and exceptional service at a fair price. They give discounts!! Please go to them for your car crevice from oil change, tires rotation, transmission, exhaust issues, etc. Please go once and you WILL GO BACK! Thanks!!!!

  We had a very pleasant experience today thanks to the friendly professionals. They changed to oil and found the slow leak in a tire that has been a bother for a while. It was a very small hole and hard to find but they found it and patched it the way it's supposed to be done....from the inside instead of a plug. Thanks, Kayliegh and the staff. Great job.
