- RHRobin HarringtonSep 7, 20251.0Ordered a part for my Kia on Saturday morning was told to pick it up Sunday morning. Got it and took it home and it was the wrong part. Took it back to the store and was told the receipt wouldn't pull up in their system so they couldn't help me get the right one nor a refund when thw receipt clearly has the Eastman info on it where it was purchased. Advance will never get my services again with that kind of rudeness and customer service. I'd advise everyone to stay away from the Eastman location if you want to get the right parts or services.

Burgundy van pulls up, guy gets out, unlocks door, gathers merchandise from car and go in. Burgundy SUV pulls up with sandwiches (looks like someone's mother) to find out it was. Mother of the young lady who pulls to At 8:10a.m. in this big Chevy monster truck with her walmart bags and her franchise shirt on. Wow, just wow. I can't believe what I'm seeing. I guess we show up when we want. No Apology given, No nothing. Let's do better Eastman GA Advance Auto Parts. Good morning. I drove 30 miles to come to this Advance Auto Parts. I have been sitting in the parking lot since 7:30a.m. EST. It is now 7:53a.m. EST and they ARE NOT OPEN. It clearly says on the door & website 7:30a-9:00p. Monday thru Saturday. I wish I would've known before I wasted my gas & my time. And wish I wouldn't have paid for part or I would happily go across the street to O'Reilly bc they are OPEN.
