When the store manager Reggie stated that Bobby didn't know what he was talking about and made it clear to me that no one knew more than he did, in reference to mounting and balancing my 26" tire, he proved Reggie wrong, not only am I satisfied, but I'm riding smooth as well!! We had our cat in the car with us and she asked the guys in the shop if they could quickly take a look at our car to let us know about the repair. Reggie took a look right away and had the whole repair done in less than 30 minutes. They even gave us the screw as a souvenir! Great, quick and friendly service. Would highly recommend Mika, Reggie, and this shop!

Mika, Jeremy, Jayden and Donald took great care of my little and myself as we needed a tire repaired. Come to find out it needed replaced and they gave me a great price on the replacement tire. Got it mounted and balanced within a half hour plus the rotated all the tires. I was so impressed and happy with their attitudes in doing the job right and their hospitality we went ahead and scheduled an alignment with them for this coming week. I have found a new tire source that I know will take care of my family. Great team!!
- BDBonnie DurandDec 18, 20252.0I’ve brought my car there twice now, and during the second oil change the manager, Reggie, told me I would need a new oil pan because they messed up putting the drain plug back in the first time they changed it. He was very honest and straight forward with us and was completely ok with fixing it at no charge that day. Then he said they were able to get it out. A couple days later my car was leaking oil, so I took it back to have them fix it and the tech tells me they put the wrong drain plug in. Reggie unfortunately wasnt there, and I have full confidence he would’ve fixed it without issue. She said she put the right one in and problem should’ve been fixed, but a day later my car was leaking horribly. She also got oil all over the interior of my car. I spoke to a district manager who spoke to us horribly and was not wanting to do hardly anything to fix it. We did end up going to the hartwell location to get a new oil pan, but he told us we wouldn’t get a refund because “he’s done enough for us” between “free” parts, labor, and oil he felt like we need to call it even. Thankfully, Reggie called a day later and offered the refund we had been asking for and apologized for everything. He has been nothing short of amazing during this whole experience, and I believe the girl who messed everything up is no longer there.
