The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely informative, reassuring, and let us know he could help us right away. When we arrived, the entire process—from check-in to replacing the tire—took no more than 30 minutes. The staff was honest, professional, and incredibly friendly, which is not something you come across often when dealing with car service. I was honestly shocked (in the best way) by how smooth and stress-free the experience was. If you’re looking for quick, reliable service with people who genuinely care, I highly recommend this Mavis Tire location. We will definitely be returning.

We also had to make a 6 hour drive the next day. They worked us in quickly and did a thorough inspection. The car was great the rest of the trip! Excellent care and customer service!
