  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Assistant Manager Anthony and his whole team! They took really good care of me and my fiancé. I came in for an oil change and new windshield wipers, and my fiancé got new tires and an oil change as well. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, but what really stood out was how caring and professional they were the whole time. They made sure we understood everything, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they actually care about their customers. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires thanks to Anthony. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was very professional, communicated clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way regarding my vehicle and the services being performed. What really stood out was how efficiently everything was handled—Anthony made sure my car was taken care of and back on the road quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s not often you find someone who balances speed, great customer service, and attention to detail so well. I truly appreciate his transparency and willingness to answer any questions I had. If you’re visiting Mavis Tires, I highly recommend asking for Anthony. He made the experience easy and trustworthy.

  I wanted to purchase set of 4 high performance Prelli tires for my company car. I called Discount Tire where I normally get my tires but since this was an expensive purchase I thought I check with Mavis Tires. I was quoted $1900 and change. I told the person it was not much of a deal compared to Discount tires. He offered to apply a discount coupon which lowered to $1690. Also said if I get a flat, they'll fix it free. Took my vehicle in this morning. Cost me $1900+ . The service manager had no knowledge of a discount coupon or anything. And he said if I got a flat it would cost $40 but was willing to make an exception and put that in my recoreds. It is either gross incompatence or just dishonesty . Neither is good for the business. This was my first encounter with Mavis Tires so I dont' know if this is company culture or just this location in Dunwoody. But proceed with caution if you take your car here for any reason.

  We stopped in to have my son’s car looked at. It was “shimmying” while driving. We assumed it was a tire. Hamilton immediately welcomed us as we were walking in from parking. Ant serviced us at the desk and was very attentive. They immediately pulled the car in to inspect it. Within 15-20 minutes they came to tell us the issues. It was not a tire, but other work needed. Brandon and TJ were the mechanics and were awesome with explaining everything to us. Hamilton took pics to show us and piggy back with more in dept explaining. Hamilton told us they couldn’t do the work needed, but referred us to another mechanic shop for the service. He also gave my son some tips on maintaining the car. Extremely nice guys/mechanics all around. I appreciated how quickly they looked at the car (and this was on a Friday midday). And I truly appreciated their honesty. Hamilton isn’t a “sit back” manager. He definitely gets into the shop and works alongside his guys. We will definitely be back for tires and other services they can provide. Also, the lobby was clean and comfortable, with a tv and water cooler…and well air conditioned.

  First and foremost, I want to say this location gave me the best price in town for two tires for my 2025 Kia Soul. When I arrived, it looked pretty busy, but the way they organized the cars by priority and kept everything moving showed how efficient and well-coordinated the team is. Bringing a five-year-old to a tire shop isn’t exactly easy, but Ben turned on the TV so my child could stay entertained the whole time, which I really appreciated. A big thank you to Anthony and Ben for being so accommodating, and to the rest of the staff for working on my vehicle quickly and efficiently. They got everything done in time for me to get my child to school and still enjoy the rest of my day.
