    I had an emergency situation with three flat tires and needed immediate help. After going to Firestone and receiving an absolutely absurd quote, I called Mavis for another option and I’m so glad I did. Anthony at the front desk was great and immediately made the situation less stressful. I had just made it before the cutoff time to purchase the tires, and Anthony and the team went above and beyond to make sure they were ordered and received. Hamilton was also amazing and swift, handling the installation efficiently and professionally. They were reassuring, kept me informed throughout the process, and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. I was in and out much faster than expected, especially given the circumstances. The entire experience was affordable and excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend Mavis Tire.

    The service and care I received today were exceptional. A big thank you to Anthony for going above and beyond to ensure I left completely satisfied. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, everything was handled promptly. I’m so glad I decided to stop by this location!

    I just got my tires repair and the gentlemen help out a lot at the front desk he had dreadlocks and the other guy who repaired it I think his nickname is worm . Thanks you guys .definitely be back

    Very kind staff, My New Year started off with a busted tire Anthony did everything to help me leave happy with the best priced tire, Hamilton was very uplifting it was refreshing to see a knowledgeable staff that loves their job!

    On 12/20 I made an appointment with the corporate office for 1pm at the Dunwoody location for a replacement tire. I went in for my scheduled appointment, and the tire had not delivered. I asked them to please give me a call once it was in. The service tech let me know it could be in the truck for that afternoon or the following morning and he would call if it did not arrive that day. I followed up that afternoon as I did not receive a call. He assured me that the tire would definitely be there the morning of 12/21. I asked him if there is any way to confirm because I had to be across town on Monday, and I really needed it installed that Sunday. He said it would, and that they would call the next morning. I called the next morning a couple of hours after opening as I had not received a call. Anthony finally answered on my second call attempt. He let me know that the tire was still in "ordered status". This is the same status I was told it was in on 12/20 at 1pm. I asked him if he knew when it would deliver and he could not give me an answer and was audibly annoyed. I then asked if there was anyone who could let me know. He said no, and that they all relied on the same system. After negotiating I finally was able to get the corporate phone number. Which after given I was promptly hung up on. I spoke to corporate and learned that though the tire was ordered it was never allocated. The customer service rep learned this from Nina the Sales supervisor. The earliest day that it would deliver to the Dunwoody location was Monday 12/22. I asked them if it could deliver any earlier and Nina let her know that the team that scheduled shuttles to this location does not work weekends and therefore it could not be added. Though they have 7 day a week tire deliveries to stores. I asked if it was possible for another team to schedule and was told no. I was unable to speak to Nina and was then given to Andre the corporate customer service supervisor to help explain why this was not a possibility. Andre relayed that they have a complex logistical system, and that if their system said the fastest way to get it there was Monday then it was impossible to expedite. When I asked if they could call the warehouse to see if it could make it on the truck he refused and said that their complex system knows best. When I asked if he could try as this occurred due to an internal error at corporate and lack of communication from and to the store team he still refused, and told me it was an advanced system and impossible to expedite. He also let me know that there was no one else I could call to help expedite it.
