    I had a tear In my passenger side rear tire, Needed to replace the tire. Went on the app, made the appointment, paid a $25 reservation fee that is applied to the cost of tire. I was early for my appointment and the tire had not been dropped off at the location. I left and got a call about 30 minutes later, the tire was there. The tire were on the car in about 45 minutes the store was pretty busy. The store was managed professionally and the customer service was right on point.

    Anthony helped me out with patching my tire and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was super attentive, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right the first time. No rushing, no cutting corners, just solid, professional work. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and actually cares about the customer. Really appreciate the help. If you need tire work done, ask for Anthony.

    ​I brought my 2010 Corolla here for a simple wheel alignment after getting new front tires. I ended up leaving with a damaged car that was unsafe to drive. ​Here is a breakdown of my experience: ​First attempt: They handed the car back with a crooked steering wheel and didn't even provide an alignment printout to show what adjustments they made. ​Second attempt: I took it back immediately to have the steering wheel straightened. They handed me a printout showing an impossible -10.5 degrees of front left camber, blamed a "bent strut" to cover their tracks, and "tried to make it straight." ​The mechanical result: I left with the steering wheel even more crooked than before. Worse, my VSC indicator light started blinking, and my steering wheel now violently pulls all the way to full lock because they completely ruined the Electronic Power Steering calibration. ​Property damage: To top it all off, they physically broke my wheel cover while working on it. ​I had to return a third time to demand a refund. They gave me 50% of my money back, despite the fact that they damaged my car, failed to perform the service, and made my vehicle incredibly unsafe to drive. UPDATE: The very next day, I took my car to a different Mavis location. They fixed the alignment perfectly and confirmed that my struts are perfectly fine and that there is absolutely no -10.5 degree camber issue. Also, they verified that this first location simply did a terrible job and messed up my vehicle's calibration. This specific shop didn't just do a bad job, they lied about my suspension to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. I am currently escalating this to corporate to get the rest of my refund and compensation for the broken wheel cover. Avoid this place at all costs.

    I had an excellent experience at Mavis. Hamilton, the manager, was outstanding. Professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I came in for new tires and service, and everything was handled quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s hard to find places that combine speed, honesty, and great customer service, but this location truly delivered. I left feeling confident in the work that was done and really appreciated how easy they made everything. Highly recommend this Mavis location, and if you can, ask for Hamilton. You’ll be taken care of!

    I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service I received at the Dunwoody location. I was originally planning to go to the Tucker location, but after a very frustrating phone experience with the store manager, Matthew—who was dismissive and ultimately hung up on me—I decided not to move forward there. I was already stressed and pressed for time, so this added to my frustration. Thankfully, everything changed once I arrived at Dunwoody. Anthony truly went above and beyond. He took his time, listened carefully, and was committed to finding a solution. He searched through multiple systems and was able to locate my service history by digging deeper into the computer. In doing so, he discovered that the wrong state had been entered for my license plate during previous visits, which explained why my history wasn’t appearing. This level of attention to detail and patience made a huge difference. Anthony, Mike, and the entire Dunwoody team were professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping. Even though the tire I was waiting on arrived later than expected and I was on a tight schedule, they worked quickly without making me feel rushed or overlooked. Because of their efforts, I was able to get out in time to make it home for my furniture delivery, which I truly appreciated. Huge thank you to Anthony, Mike, and the Dunwoody team for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. This is what great customer service looks like, and I will absolutely be returning to the Dunwoody location in the future.
