They neglected to tell me that my tire had a bent rim on the interior side (which was likely the original cause of the flat tire) and proceeded to put two new tires on my car. I drove the car off and immediately got a low tire pressure light. When I brought my car back to be looked at, they stated they could not help me as they do not fix rims. This is a super frustrating situation and I feel extremely disrespected after being misled by the people that were supposed to tell me what the issue was in the first place. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending Mavis to anyone after this situation
