  My first time at Grease Monkey was great. I'm glad I got there around 4 pm because the line got so long. Everyone I spoke to was friendly. I was grateful they didn't try forcing any services on me like other places. Also, I was able to find a coupon which they gladly accepted. I will be returning.

  I got my oil changed and battery replaced here and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! The service was quick, correct, and explained in a kind and simple way. The employees seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and were very friendly! Brian was super kind and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

  Came to this location for a simple battery replacement. After waiting for more than 30 minutes as the tech replaced the battery, I was told the car needed a new starter. Since the car could not be started, my only option was to leave the vehicle and have them push it to the repair shop next door. The repair shop checked everything out and determined a new starter is not needed. Apparently the Grease Monkey tech admitted he hooked up the battery incorrectly which damaged electrical components in the fuse box. Terrible service, inexperienced techs and a bad manager named Zach made for a very poor customer experience.

  Hello, My name is Jasmine Bevineau reporting a service that I received at center 1019. First I want to say I trusted this company with my vehicle and basically my life and unfortunately they failed to deliver safe service. I took my dodge charger to them for brake service that was done improperly which cause the driver side caliper to come off. On today I had my vehicle towed to center 1019 in Dunwoody Ga around 730am on arrival I spoke with a Mechanic who worked on the opposite side of the garage under a company name WADE automotive ( Wade and grease monkey are in the same garage but different company) I explained to him what was happening to my vehicle and he took the generosity out to check it for me after stating that “he side doesn’t has anything to do with grease monkey and unfortunately they’re not real mechanics” on his inspection he noticed that the driver side caliper was completely loose missing two bolts and the other three was not installed properly. This is a problem because as I stated above I trusted grease monkey to service my vehicle and they reassured me that they could do so. Had they been honest and stated that they where no skilled to handle a big assignment I would’ve gladly took my $2000 and paid a real mechanic to do so. By the grace of God I or my child or any in my family was not hurt in way. I want to know what will be done moving forward? Because this situation could’ve been worse like an accident on a highway or anywhere at this point. I need answers to this poor service given as to me and my child could have been hurt this very dangerous. My money can’t be replaced and neither could our life! But thank God! Please don’t use this company for anything other than oil change. I want to add that the guy’s that work there now are not the once who did my car. Zach and Brian was very helpful despite everything that happened so I do appreciate them!

  I wanted to have my emissions checked so that I can renew my registration. I have been using a different shop as it is located by work, but I figured I’d support a local business since they are around the corner. I called to verify they do emissions and check their hours. Got home from work to head over to get the emissions check done, only to be told “Oh they’ve already left they aren’t here until closing” would have been nice to know that when calling or on the posted hours on their website. Guess I’ll be back to using the shop I’ve been using for years.
