  The Manager (Tim) and his team were fantastic, and epitomized great customer service. Ahead of a busy Christmas week, my reservation was double booked against existing reservations w/ corporate -- Tim went above and beyond to get me the vehicle (SUV) type that I needed at no extra charge. He was courteous, efficient, and cheerful, and his team clearly respected him as a leader, even amidst the turmoil of a busy day. Thanks again, will be a repeat customer to this location.

  Super friendly staff. When picking up the car, I was given a choice between 2 available cars, which was nice. However, one of the cars had a very strong stench of marijuana, so I was basically forced to take the other car, which had a rock chip in the windshield, and seemed to have a small transmission issue in the lower gears. Other than that, I liked the car, it was clean, had great gas mileage, plenty of room, and some nice driving features.
