  This place has gone completely downhill. It used to be a nice, reliable car wash, but now it just feels like a total cash grab. I went to use the self-service kiosk, and an attendant insisted on “helping” me sign up for a membership. Instead of guiding me, she signed me up for the highest-priced membership without even asking. On top of that, she also signed a waiver on my behalf without my consent or even giving me the opportunity to read it, which is completely unacceptable. When I told her I wanted a lower tier and asked her to fix it, she laughed and then fixed it and then asked for a tip for using the self service kiosk. The wash itself was just okay. Not very thorough, and definitely not worth the price. On top of that, you even have to pay extra just to get a towel to wipe your car down, which feels ridiculous. Overall, really disappointing experience. What used to be a solid car wash is now overpriced, pushy, and poorly run.

  Love this place! Great service, great staff, free vacuums. It’s simple, it’s a good place to wash and clean your car in under 10 minutes.

  This is the worst Mister car wash north of the 285 car come out still wet cause the dryers are garbage the roller brushes on the top are always broken, it seems OutDated and Ghetto compared to the Mister in Buford or Alpharetta they need to Update this place and copy Buford

  Duluth location had such a great experience at the car wash thanks to Casey! From the moment I arrived, Casey was incredibly nice, respectful, and very polite. He greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I understood all the options available without ever making me feel pressured. What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail. He took the time to make sure everything was done properly and that I was completely satisfied before I left. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service, but Casey definitely does. Customer service like this makes all the difference. I will absolutely be coming back because of the positive experience he created. Thank you, Casey, for being so kind and going above and beyond!
