- ZFZewdu Fanta5 days ago1.0This place advertises free tire rotation but does not honor it. I brought my 2025 Tesla Model Y with 32,000 miles, and after lifting the car, the supervisor told me I had to buy a tire or they wouldn’t rotate them. That’s completely misleading. The shop was empty, employees were idle, and the supervisor was on his phone instead of helping. I used to be a customer, but after this experience, I won’t come back. Discount Tire handled the same service the same day with no issues. Big difference in honesty and customer service. Once you are there, they want to sell you tires. It is for sure scamming their own customers.

He had excellent customer service—very down to earth, easy to talk to, but still professional and knowledgeable. It’s hard to find places that make you feel comfortable and taken care of, but this location definitely did. I would choose this Mavis over other shops and will definitely be coming back!
