  I went to get my oil changed and when I returned home with it it said low oil. So I brought it back for them to look at it. They looked at said they fixed it and I left and it came back again. They said come back Saturday for the technician to come in cause they couldn't figure it out. Then they said come Monday, I came Monday and said go to a shop 30 minutes away instead. I went and he said no one called him to let him know I was coming. But he said he would look at it still and he figured it instantly and the issue was that this express had broken my oil cover. They could have broken my engine and the original shop said I had to drive back to the original shop since they said since they are paying for it it has to be fixed there. I went there and the technician I was dealing with came out 3 separate times telling me I'm going to go get the part for your car now. I was there waiting from 12:30 to 3pm for them to get the part and fix it. I have no issue with being patient but I don't like my time to be wasted telling me to come in and saying oops come a different day the technician isn't here. I asked him why do you keep telling me your going to get the part if your not getting it. He said I have other customers so I told him I am a customer too I was there since 11am. I was a loyal customer for the past 10 years but not anymore. They lost my business.

  I originally came to get an oil change. Process was smooth and quick, and he also replaced my air filter and rotated my tires all for a super affordable price! They earned my trust, I’ll definitely be coming back ✨

  Miles did a great job in quickly performing an oil change. He was able to assess some other car fixes that we had to do which was helpful. It's our 2nd time at this location and we really like the workers here who are kind and also have good knowledge on vehicles while not pressuring to do services that you don't need.

  This is the worst place to go for an oil change because they dont do their job so unprofessional. I had went here the 1st time for an oil change and it was my last my skid plate got messed up. Drove home and im like why is something dragging. Then came back they order me a new one and took a month to get it. Then came back they put it on. Thinking everything went good. Months later I went to get an oil change Walmart said they couldn't do it because my skid plate had zip tides on. Like who does that so lazy and unprofessional. Like just because im a girl doesn't mean you can take advantage of me which they did. Normally I dont complain but im telling everyone if you need an oil change or anything do not go to this place. They do not do 100% honest work at all. Wasting my time going back and forth especially i have 1 day to run errands. If you want something done right I guess nowadays days when you need auto things done you need to bring a male friend with you:(
