  Staff is greedy! I reserved a luxury car(bmw or Audi) a month ago and they didn’t had any it when I come for pickup and showing all ordinary cars as luxury and charged me for same price. And charged me 1 hour at drop off though I wasn’t late by 1 hr.

  worst service ever!! They try to scam and play around with the prices trying to highball me with ridiculous prices... they tried to say the rental costed almost $70 per day and I went to the other place and they only charged me $51.. this black guy was pressuring me so much and i almost agreed but luckily they were about to close so i said i will be back tomorrow.. i went to another location around there and they did me right.. i was so traumatized

  Horrible experience! I scheduled a car for my daughter's prom. Scheduled pick-up time was 2PM I arrived at 2:03 only for the counter person to tell me they were closed. After telling him I had a 2:00 appointment, he said they close a 2 PM so there was nothing he could do. I asked him why would they allow a 2PM pick-up if they close at 2PM? I know I was 3 minutes late but really? Thank the Lord for Avis down the road, I was still able to secure a car for my daughter. I will never attempt to rent from Enterprise again.   This location proved to be more than efficient. While picking up my rental the representative Jam was very knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me a quick overview of the process as well as some good to know info about the vehicle. All in all it was a great experience due to the efforts of the team having the vehicle ready and making the signing process easy . Would highly recommend to friends and family.
