Kevin and whole team are just so knowledgeable, polite, and trustworthy. - 4J4Eva JahJahSonDec 9, 20251.0On May 31, 2025, I brought my truck to Mavis for a standard brake and rotor replacement. Before this service, my brake light was off. Immediately after they worked on it, the brake light came on and has remained on since. Despite multiple return visits, the problem was never fixed. An inspection at the Audi service center revealed that a Mavis technician had damaged the wiring harness and brake sensors, using electrical tape to poorly patch it and forcing it into place, causing more damage. For over 45 days, I tried to get this resolved through normal channels. The store manager, Kevin Storey, offered only excuses. I had to contact the corporate office numerous times just to get in touch with the regional manager Tanicia Richardson and even then she rarely responded to emails or phone messages. Each call to the corporate office was an exercise in frustration, requiring me to repeatedly explain my situation to different representatives and wait through extended hold times. After this exhausting process, I finally received authorization to have my vehicle repaired at the Audi dealership. The entire experience was unnecessarily prolonged and stressful due to Mavis's poor communication and lack of accountability. My vehicle was unsafe to drive for well over a month due to their negligence. The complete lack of professionalism and customer care from Mavis management has left me with no choice but to share my experience publicly. I strongly advise others to consider this company's demonstrated pattern of poor workmanship and customer neglect before using their services. I have attached pictures to support this review.
