J C was my technician, and they were able to get everything done within a short amount of time. Giovanni was very transparent and honest in communicating the price and expectation around the amount of time needed for the service. It’s a great relief to have gotten my tire fixed so quickly, efficiently, and with a great price.

I thought I had a flat or nail , however Kasey quickly diagnosed my problem to tires needing to be balanced! They took care of me right away no wait! - DDDingNov 11, 20252.0Do your own research before getting any extra services here. I came in for a flat tire fix and brake check. The process was smooth and easy, and for that part, I’d actually recommend them. However, things took a turn when I asked about an inspection and was told I needed a brake fluid flush and a power steering flush. The stall manager said the fluids were dark and dirty, so I agreed, since I’ve heard from other mechanics that my brakes could use a flush and I finally had the time. But I was skeptical about the power steering flush. When I got home and did some research, I learned that my 2017 Honda Accord EX has electric power steering, meaning there’s no power steering fluid to flush in the first place. So… what exactly did they flush? It really made me feel like they are taking advantage of someone who’s a newbie or inexperience. That experience definitely broke my trust. TLDR: Flat tire patching was quick and good, but do your own research before agreeing to any upsells. Update: I did go back and got a refund for the power steering flush service, so I appreciate them making it right. Still, I’ll only be back for emergency tire fixes on Sunday, not maintenance.

As soon as I walked through the door, the staff asked what issue was I experiencing with my car and IMMEDIATELY asked for my keys and took my car back. I have been coming to Mavis since it was NTB and I have neverrrrr experienced such great customer service like this before and not only that, this was the quickest my car has ever been in and out the dealership. I was so happy. THANK YOU GIOVANNI, JAMES, and JIMMY. yall were so kind and reassuring. They went the extra mile and systemically reset my hard ware after I explained to them my light comes on every time I get my tires changed or rotated. I normally go to the location on jimmy carter but after experiencing such fast service, I will try my best to make this location my first stop of servicing. Thank yall again!!
