The staff asked thoughtful questions about my car and genuinely seemed to care about their customers. There was never any pressure to purchase additional services, which I really appreciated. During my visit, they noticed one of my windshield wipers was in bad condition. When I mentioned that I wasn’t able to replace it at the moment and would do it later, Chaz (the manager) generously gave me a new windshield wiper for free, and Justin, one of the techs, installed it for me. That level of kindness truly touched me and meant a lot. Tyler, another technician, also helped by resetting my oil monitor. This was my third time coming here, and every visit has been consistently positive. They are always professional, honest, and customer-focused. Overall, they did a fantastic job, and I truly appreciate everything they did. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location!
