  Great work as usual not only does my company use Grease Monkey. They did a great job on my personal vehicle. Lorenzo was wonderful informative and Mark was great as usual.

  The team explained my oil options and how much each item would cost. Unfortunately, they only had the most expensive option for the weight my car needs. As part of the routine service I was shown my air filter, which was overdue to be changed. Again the team member offered the price of the air filter and was not pushing me to spend but only letting me know the condition of what I had and the cost to replace it. The team was friendly and got everything done rather quickly while I waited in the comfort of my car.

  Got an oil change today for the first time at Grease Monkey. The best Customer service. Everyone was so kind and pleasant. Will definitely be coming back and referring friends and family. Thank you

  Normally I don’t post reviews but customer service was so bad I had to say something. I left the place so irritated and was even more irritated when I realized they don’t give me a receipt. I told the guy I had a 30 dollar coupon and paid 44. He said it covers 5 gallons and apparently I use a special filter well I never knew I had a special filter. The receipt covers what they did and what they recommend. Always as a courtesy they ask if I know how to reset the oil meter. Nothing was said. And every time I’ve been to one they check to make sure my lights are working order I had to ask to have it done. When I comes time to get it done again I won’t be returning to this one and if the service is just as bad that will be my last visit. It’s a shame when you consider I’ve gone there for over 5 years. I guess workers don’t have the same pride in their work like they used to

  I came here a couple of weeks ago for emissions and realized I would fail. The manager here found a way to help me with my issues without breaking the bank. I really appreciate him and his team. They definitely know how to navigate with a high volume of customers. Everyone here works together flawlessly, and with a great attitude. Will be back!
