They explain what I need and what I don't need and are cost conscious of what I can afford at the time of the work. There parts are cheaper than the dealership and I find the work to be excellent.

Steve has already been upfront and honest with me, providing very detailed explanations and answering all my questions. Even when my daughter was in college out-of -state, I still preferred to bring the car to Steve, when possible, and when I was unable to he still helped me hold the other mechanic honest by refuting their diagnosis. Steve and German Motor Works have definitely earned my trust!!!
