They kept me updated on the car's status every day .What worried me most was the paint color, and I was impressed when I saw it. Perfect, the color was exactly like original; it looked like it hadn't been damaged at all. Great service and very professional, thank you.
- JFJamie (JESUS Freak)Oct 31, 20255.0This review is especially for recognizing our Account Service Rep Jasmine who made this unfortunate circumstance of our vehicle needing repair to be very pleasant and comforting, as getting rear-ended twice within 90 days has been quite a bizarre experience. We selected Gerber Collision & Glass in Duluth location out of State Farm's approved vendors/ body shops for our first accident on my 2015 Lexus RX350 between the location & review. From day one, Jasmine was very professional and courteous including letting us know the rental (Enterprise) was located right next door in walking distance, therefore, made the would-be painful logistics so much easier. During the repair, dealing with the insurance company was such a "pulling teeth" experience. Jasmine is very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us advice in dealing with the other party's insurance company so our vehicle could be taken care of with Lexus original parts instead of an after-market part. The devastation of my 2nd accident being rear-ended while the car was not fully repaired with the approved part was put to ease, when we had the option to choose Gerber Collision again, NOT because we have to, but gladly choose to do so. There is still so much to say, however, bottom line, Jasmine's outstanding service has really blessed me and my husband through this process, my husband will be bringing his 2017 Ford F-150 for more business because we really trust her! The person who inspected the car (Jasmine) was also really good too and explained the process to me well. So happy we decided to come here by StateFarm's recommendations. Dropped off the car today so haven't seen the results yet.
