They did an amazing job and the van drives like new! Walker is a complete stud who is always there to answer the phone and address your concerns. Stan the van is back baby, and we won't be going to any other shop!

I received excellent customer service from the very first call and consistently throughout the service. Even though they work on high-end, performance, vehicles, they never made me feel like my business was beneath them because it is an older VW. It was VIP service across the board. Their diagnostics included a full breakdown of issues, service recommendations, and pictures to support them. I received an email, text, and a personal call from Walker to review everything step by step. I felt no pressure to do one thing or the other or felt I was being upsold. Just facts and objective recommendations so I could make an informed decision to meet my needs and circumstances.
