  I was very disappointed with the customer service from one of the male staff members. He responded in a rude and dismissive manner when I asked a question.

  Excellent customer service. The agents were very professional and courteous. They offered pickup and drop off from the car repair center if needed. Communication throughout the process was top notch.

  I was treated poorly i had an auto claim rental and was not put into the appropriate size vehicle that accommodates my family size. The vehicle given had mechanical issues after 2 days. I was told to take it to a shop to have I fixed. I was not going to do that I expected a reliable vehicle without issues. Swapping out the vehicle the airport enterprise im Atlanta had me in the cold for 2 hours to put me in a even smaller vehicle then I tried to take it back to the original location in Duluth the manager put that I had swapped vehicles four times blocking that contract. I had to call the insurance company to send a new reservation and I was finally upgraded but the location charged my card over $400 for insurance to cover the rental and charged my card without my permission. I was told I would receive a deposit back and that never took place. I had the worst experience with them I will never recommend them to anyone.

  They don’t have a big collection of vehicles but picking up and dropping off was fast and easy.

  The staff at the Duluth location was excellent. Christian in particular. Great job with that as a first time renter at this location. However, the vehicle was filthy on the outside and had a very strong powder odor on the inside. Had to leave the windows down to air it out but to no avail. Have to rent again so hopefully the experience is better the second time around.
