Pam the store manager of this place doesn’t even have the knowledge about cars. She had to ask someone else about the parts. Prior to this a man asked her about a specific brand they have and she didn’t even try to find the brand just told the man they didn’t have it. They did carry the brand didn’t even want to look it up. We grabbed a socket to buy and the price where we grabbed it had $8.99 and I told her it was there. She didn’t even want to go see where we grabbed it or respect the price. And proceeded to laugh when I told her we wouldn’t take it if she didn’t respect the price. If this is the service autozone is striving for is so unprofessional.
