Lately I went to buy an oxygen sensor and when I got home I found that it was installed before as the plastic wrap was ripped open and there is black dirt on the wires, I went to replace it and the person I was talking to tried to convince me its ok and I can use ( your store policy is not to return electronic parts after selling it because you don't guarantee it will be working, so why he sold me a sensor that was used before in first place!) And he tried to make it difficult for me to get another one and after a half hour argument he finally gave me a receipt to pick it up from a different store. And today I went there to replace my headlight bulb under the warranty, the guy literally gave me the bulbs in my hands without the package which I never see anyone in any of advance auto parts store do before.
