  The first time I stepped into Joe Hudson Collision, I was immediately impressed by the showroom-like atmosphere and impeccable cleanliness. The receptionist, Mrs. Elizabeth, greeted me with a warm and kind-hearted smile, putting me at ease from the start. I appreciated the regular weekly updates on the status of my vehicle, which allowed me to stay informed without having to make a call. This transparency eased my mind and comforted my anxiety, especially given the unexpected damage my vehicle sustained when a deer 🦌 struck it. The extent of the damage was surprising, with only the radiator visible at first glance. However, after Joe Hudson Collision worked their magic, my vehicle was returned to me in pristine condition, looking brand new. The attention to detail didn't stop there – the interior was thoroughly washed and cleaned, leaving my car feeling like new. I was overwhelmed with emotion, and tears of joy streamed down my face. In that moment, I couldn't help but hug Mrs. Elizabeth, who had shown such compassion and kindness throughout the process.   “I had a terrible experience with Joe Hudson’s Collision Center. After my driver’s side door was dented and wouldn’t open, I contacted them because they were recommended by State Farm. Right from the start, they informed me of a three-week wait just to get my car in the shop, even though the door was unusable, forcing me to climb over the console just to drive. Once they finally accepted my car, it took another three weeks to perform what should have been a straightforward repair. They called me three separate times to tell me my car was ready, and each time, it wasn’t. The first time I went to pick it up, the door color didn’t match, and there were still scratches and a gouge in the mirror. They assured me they would fix it, but when I returned the second time, the mirror was still not fixed, and the color was still off. On the third attempt, I discovered a malfunction warning on the dashboard because they hadn’t recalibrated the sensors, which added even more delay. Finally, after all these visits and a lengthy wait, I got my car back, only to find missing plugs, a misaligned window that is starting to fall off the track, and a rattling door. For a brand new 2024 Nissan Altima, this is completely unacceptable. Oh and not to mention the color is still a little bit off in my opinion…. The entire process was unprofessional, inconvenient, and a huge hassle. I expected far better service and quality, especially for such a simple repair on a new vehicle. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Joe Hudson’s Collision Center.
