  Shout out to these guys!! I wish I'd gotten my hood techs name. But his initials are MN. He and Benny were INSTRUMENTAL on getting my weekend trip for my boys back on track! They went above and be beyond to get us on the road and ease my stress. You might get your oil change cheaper somewhere else, but I promise your piece is mind is worth the few extra dollars! They check EVERYTHING!

  This past Saturday afternoon, I was driving back to Atlanta from a trip in Savannah when my “check charge system” Light came on in my Honda Odyssey. I happened to be near the Dublin exit, so I pulled over and called Express oil change at 4: 50 – 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close — and asked if they could take a look at it before I continued down the road in case there was a real problem. I got there at 4:55 and they determined that it was a bad alternator, which they did not have on hand and would not be able to get to it until Monday, since they are closed on Sundays. Apart from the fact that I was really trying to get home that evening, that would have cost me two nights in a hotel in Dublin, which I really did not have the time or money for. I said “I know that you guys are not in the business of recommending your competition, but do you know of any mechanics nearby that might be able to get to this tonight?” One of the guys said “we’re in the business of helping you” and another guy (pretty sure the manager) volunteered to stick around to change my alternator, which meant going up the street and getting one from a local supplier and staying at his job for an extra hour plus to help me out. These guys went above and beyond. I almost hesitate to write this for fear that other people will expect them to go out of their way in such a dramatic fashion on a routine basis, but it seems relevant to let others know what kind of guys these are. Excellent experience in every respect.

  I had an outstanding experience with Express Oil in Dublin, Georgia. While on duty in my patrol vehicle, I became stranded with a mechanical failure and contacted their shop for HELP!! The manager assured me that if I could get the vehicle there before closing, they would take care of it—and they absolutely delivered. When I arrived, the team was already prepared and waiting. They quickly diagnosed the mechanical issue and got to work immediately. The efficiency and coordination felt like a pit crew—fast, focused, and professional. Within a short time, the problem was resolved, and I was back on the road. What stood out most was their willingness to help toward the end of the business day. They could have easily pushed the repair to the next day, but instead, they prioritized getting me back in service. That level of customer care and professionalism does not go unnoticed. I greatly appreciate the entire team at Express Oil for their prompt response and quality work. Highly recommend.
