I was told that I had a leak in my front shocks as well.(my shocks are self leveling and Kia was already going to take care of any issues) The issue was on the rear ones but ok. Anyway replaced wiper blades gave me a price for replacing my FRONT shocks and 4 tires. I asked if I needed to put a deposit down on tires, I was told no. I was told they would call me when the tires came in..no call. So today, I called November 22) and it was as if I had never visited the place. No record of anything. Super friendly people, no follow up. Double check the diagnosis. I could have been out 3000+dollars for a service I didn’t need. I will say the price I was quoted for the Pirelli tires were reasonable, they just never ordered them for me.

Less than 1 week later had to pay another mechanic almost $1500 to fix what they messed up. Have tried and tried to talk to someone about it and have been given the run around. So not only did they not do the job correctly but also won’t talk to me to make it right!
