It is rare that I leave a review, but there are some occasions where it is absolutely think it's warranted. Let me say, the malfunction of my vehicle was not their fault. The absolute lackluster to poor customer service should be noted. I have a rant, but I will save it now that I have had an opportunity to cool off a bit. My mid-sized SUV had a check engine light and was failing to accelerate. Customer service was great, directed me to the Dublin store. Want there, understand it's a small market, even though their inventory reflected they had a vehicle Long story short, I spent two days trying to get out of the Toyota Corolla they put me in , they made no effort to get it switched out. Then had the nerve to tell me they put the malfunctioning car back on the road the next day. Did I forget to mention, the Corolla they gave me had the oil maintenance indicator on, and the rep said don't worry about it, we can just reset it. Moral of the story, if you don't like customers, customer service is not your calling. The manager may want to do some leadership development training. I am available , since that is what I do. I had to travel to Warner Robbins 50 minutes away, but they got me squared away in less than 15 minutes and did it with great customer service.

I called in the call center and they assigned me a full size truck, but when I got to the office I was told they didn't have a full size truck ,but they did have a mazada cx30 for me the wife and 3 kids. Then the price went from $400 to $1000. for 3-day rental. In a bind and need it for emergency,I agree but wait it gets worse. Then the check in girl states she can't rent a vehicle to me due to me having a company vehicle rental already. And I'm 3.5 hrs away from home . Needless to say I had to find other means of transportation. My suggestion go to anyone but enterprise. It starts with a lie and it ends with a lie.
